At ZeeJewels, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
